Notice the breath as it flows naturally.
Each inhale a prayer of receiving, each exhale a prayer of release.
Imagine with each inhale you draw in the soft light of the Divine Mother — a luminous, healing glow filling the chest. With each exhale, release sorrow, burden, fear.
Breathing in grace for the body…
Breathing in grace for the mind…
Breathing in grace for the spirit.
Now feel the breath as a gentle weaving — a golden thread laced with rose light, moving up the spine, then expanding outward through the body. Breath carries peace, devotion, and sacred belonging.
You are breathed by love itself.
Exploring opposing sensations…sorrow, joy…wound, healing…earth, heaven.
Journeying inward through five layers (koshas) and seven energy centers (chakras) of your divine consciousness. Each layer and center bringing you closer to your own divinity.
Experiencing the divine feminine through visualizations…rose opening, blue mantle of protection, veil lifting, crown of stars…
