Your cup overflows.
You are cleansed and clear.
You are fed and full.
The waters around you teem with life, ideas, and possibility.
You are a vessel of creation.
You are safe.
You are held.
You are delighted by the world placed
gently in your hands.
Last week we…
explored the Ace of Cups and considered the significance of living a life filled with creativity and abundance
were introduced to the self-guided workshop on filling ourself, our creative vessel
considered the nature of creativity through the vessel of mother
You loved last week’s self-guided workshop, found the gold in the practice, but you also had the desire to dive-in even deeper, so...
This week offers you a practice where I guide you through Filling the Vessel…so you can simply listen, breathe, be aware, and be moved into the core of your creative vessel.
Want to revisit last week’s article? You can do that here!
Invite yourself into the center of your vessel…
Find yourself in a comfortable, cozy, reclined or resting position…in a safe, quiet, and still environment for this 13.33 (!!!) minute guided meditation practice.
You may like to have something to write with and on for this practice.
Creativity does not begin with action.
It begins with feeling.
With sensation.
With safety.
With space.
Journaling Prompts
What did you notice in your body?
What word or feeling stayed with you?
Why and when might you return to this practice this month?
Prompt from the Guided Practice
How do I want to feel today, this week, this month, this year?
Allow this question to float through your mind like a feather.
Do not chase answers.
Allow words to rise naturally.
Maybe one word appears.
Maybe several.
Peace.
Clarity.
Joy.
Confidence.
Ease.
Alignment.
Inspiration.
Whatever words arise, allow them to settle inside your vessel.
Closing thoughts…
Next week we’ll go deeper into the experience of filling the vessel with a Yoga Nidra inspired by the Ace of Cups and the Ten of Pentacles…a longer practice for deep rest, worthiness, and creative renewal.
And don’t be surprised if our January theme, the Two of Wands makes a guest appearance, since we’re not just stacking cards month-to-month this year, we’re moving through a story:
January – Two of Wands
I chose a direction. I oriented myself. I claimed my path.February – Ace of Cups
I become the vessel. I allow life, creativity, and feeling to flow in me and through me.2026 – Ten of Pentacles
What I nurture now becomes legacy — emotional, creative, spiritual, material.
Until next week…sending lots of peace, clarity, joy…to fill your vessel with abundant overflow!
🩷 Michelle
