I hope you remember the Summer Solstice is upon us this week, and that you are able to take some time to find what it is you are grateful for this summer…relish in all the goodness Mother Earth has to offer you.
Notice how your body is held gently, quietly by the Earth…how, with each breath, you have another moment to begin again…
For the moments you need to shift your energy…remember…
moving from anxiety to peace, sadness to joy, anger to contentment…
emotion = energy
change the energy
change the emotion
movement → for the body
mantra → for the brain (mind)
meditation → for the soul
breathe…steady…breathe…
For the moments you need to experience silence…remember…
For the moments you need to become aware of your anxiety…remember…

A better, more interesting question: Where does anxiety live?
Why does anxiety persist?
Where do you feel anxiety in your body? When and Why?
Is there a different emotion you are experiencing now…this summer?
Perhaps overwhelm, sadness, frustration?
Or what about peace, joy, happiness, delight, contentment?
Ask yourself the same questions, but replace anxiety with another emotion.
You’ll find that different emotions live in different areas of the body!
