I did a bunch of procrastinating today.

Taking out my yoga mat and meditation cushion earlier than usual this morning, I still couldn’t get myself on either of them to practice.

My body and heart called to my mind…”Let’s stretch…move…it will feel so good…time for meditation…we have some prayers to say…”

But today my sleepy mind decided it would take the reins from body and heart and do all sorts of other things…some important, many not.

After hours of delay, my mind finally placed my body and heart on the mat and I found myself in Child’s Pose. Turns out that’s all I needed to find the inspiration to write.
