Welcome to the Moving into Spirit Podcast - Episode #30

Hello! Thanks so much for being here! This episode follows the article from this week, April 2024: Contentment…a feeling and choice (linked below).

Perhaps if we took the time to notice when we felt content each day we’d experience a lot more moments of gratitude, peace, love.

In this episode you will get to…

  • meet the goal of causing your own personalized feeling of contentment…experiencing and exploring where contentment may come from for you

  • place yourself in a quiet, still setting where you can feel…a soft, lightness of breath and body…full, expansive, serene, grateful

  • consider prompts of personal contentment…connecting to your experiences of contentment, how you feel when you experience a full body expression of contentment

  • ask yourself the question…when I am filled with a sense or feeling of contentment, what does that look like or feel like to me

  • give thanks…for when you express yourself in a manner of peace and joy, gratitude for each moment that presents you with the gift of choosing, you cause yourself to feel, to be content

  • make notes…write down the the visions of contentment that came to you…the way contentment feels like on the outside and inside of your body

Grab pen and paper (or laptop or iPad)…

Place yourself in a quiet, safe, still space for the next 13 minutes as you…
