connect to silence and stillness…in your body and the environment in which you find yourself practicing
consider one or two words that have meaning for you right now…do they cause negative sensations in your body or mind…or do they cause positive sensations in your body or mind
cultivate the positive…in word associations and physical sensations
imagine yourself moving forward…today, tomorrow…now
make notes…write down the messages received and the forward moving actions that must follow
Grab pen and paper (or laptop or iPad)…
Place yourself in a quiet, safe, still space for the next 13 minutes as you…
Practice your meditation on positive, forward movement…knowing that…
With each continued breath, in and out, you feel a sense of enlightenment, expansion, excitement on how you will proceed the rest of the day…gently breathing…
Connecting to that spark of forward movement within you and carrying on as though you already are all that you desire to be…in joyful blissful forward momentum.
