An exercise for engaging the five senses to manifest dreams and desires

Welcome to the Moving into Spirit Podcast - Episode #21

Thanks so much for being here for this week’s practice!

In this episode we will…

  • explore the possibility of training your body to dream,

  • find ways to manifest or attract the essence of your dream or core desire into something concrete or physical through prompts and practices,

  • engage the senses of sight, sound, smell, touch, and taste in order to

    identify where you might feel this desire in your body,

  • learn how to take action and make mindful shifts in thinking in order to move in the direction of a dream, and

  • work with the prompts and practices shared with you in the Writing Down the Dreams article shared on January 23, 2024 (linked below).

Grab your pen and paper (or laptop or iPad)…Place yourself in a quiet, safe, still space for the next 28 minutes and allow yourself to explore your dreams and desires through your five senses.
