engage the senses of sight, sound, smell, touch, and taste in order to
identify where you might feel this desire in your body,
learn how to take action and make mindful shifts in thinking in order to move in the direction of a dream, and
work with the prompts and practices shared with you in the Writing Down the Dreams article shared on January 23, 2024 (linked below).
Grab your pen and paper (or laptop or iPad)…Place yourself in a quiet, safe, still space for the next 28 minutes and allow yourself to explore your dreams and desires through your five senses.
